- Call back (phone widget on the website)
Customers can order a telephone call to the consultant in 25 seconds.
- Recording of customer visits
Allowes analysis of customer behaviour and improvement of one's website
- Working hours and WebPush notifications
They allow you to set the time at which chats are available. Thanks to this you can log out from Chater website
and wait for notification of a new conversation (available in Chrome, Firefox, Opera).
- Automation for customers leaving the website
We may invite a client to chat or display any message if he or she intends to leave the site..
