Chater is adjusted to meet the requirements of the Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data. The chat Administrator may decide which data should be downloaded, if any. There is also a possibility of deleting personal data by the customer.


The adjusted features are as follows:

- consent to the processing of the data prior to starting the conversation or after the first message,

- asking for consent for processing personal data in offline form (when sending email),

- possibility of correcting and editing customer data by the chat or customer service staff,

- possibility of correcting and editing customer data by the chat or customer service staff,

- anonymous chat use,

- adjusting data form, adding fields, editing existing fields,

- choosing who will see data (everyone, administrator, manager)
